Great place to stay for easy access to explore the city
The hotel is superbly located for easy access to bars, restaurants and a variety of nightlife venues. The roof top jacuzzi was a great place to relax after a day’s exploring the city. Staff extremely polite and friendly.
Not a fault of the hotel but being so close to the bars, on the Saturday night the noise was horrendous but full marks to the hotel for providing earplugs. Owners dogs yapping every time someone walked in

Great stay, just not on weekends.
Beautiful hotel, excellent service, great cocktails and breakfast. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was spacious. Airco is working well. You walk everywhere from restaurantants to the beach, great experience in the daytime.
We did not know that the city center of Santa Marta is a big club until 4:30 am in the weekends. They offer earplugs but even then you could listen to the music like if it was playing in the hotel itself. The bed was vibrating from the sound, and this is not an exageration.

Perfect location but noisy
The facilities were very clean. The staff was friendly. It’s very well located near the main square, however, it was very noisy. The hotel gives you earplugs. Great value for your money!
